I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great job Total and Westset does for us. I especially wanted to point out the exemplary job both April and Laurie do for us. I work with them on a weekly if not daily basis and they are nearly unmatched in our industry. Once I send something to them to take care of I can mentally file it away. I cannot tell you what a relief that is. I am pretty particular and there are few people I trust with my needs like this.So thank you. In today’s business environment where everyone is so quick to complain I wanted to reverse that and be the one to compliment.
