From October 16-18, Westset Logistics and Distribution attended SupplySide West® 2019 in Mandalay Bay Convention Center® in Las Vegas, NV. The event was a huge success, drawings thousands of participants and providing a space for Westset to showcase how we support our clients not only in storage, warehousing, and moving products, but overall growth and expansion as well.
We were very excited to be a part of the largest gathering of health and nutrition professionals bringing together more than 15,000 ingredient buyers and suppliers, as well as 1300 exhibitors from throughout the industry, for 140 hours of educational and conference programming. The trade show SupplySide West® is all about the science and strategy around the development of finished products that drive the global business economy.
We visited existing clients at the event, to show our support and continue to aid in their growth. We spent time meeting with dry foods manufacturers and distributors to grow our industry connections and stay on the cutting-edge of innovation. Many exhibitors and presenters stressed the importance of ASI compliance and audit services. These are services at which we at Westset Logistics and Distributions excel. Similarly, our new warehouse management system was well-embraced by our clients and SupplySide West® attendees.
This convention brought together ingredient buyers and suppliers from the dietary supplement, beverage, functional food, personal care and sports nutrition industries. This event draws business professionals in supply chain management, marketing, purchasing, product development, processing innovation, and more. SupplySide West® provides a space for professionals to make connections throughout the industry. Attendees range from dietary supplements and food and beverage to sports nutrition and personal care.
